Free Shipping

Every order ships free. There's no minimum spend to qualify, and nothing extra is added at checkout.

Right now, we only deliver within the United States.

Order Processing

  • After you place an order, it usually takes us 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) to get it ready.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST are processed the next business day. We don't process or ship on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order is processed and handed to our partner carrier, shipping typically takes 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday). This can vary depending on your location.

Total Delivery Time

Expect your order to arrive at your doorstep approximately 6–10 business days (Monday–Friday) from the moment you place it.

Keep in mind these are estimates, and timing can shift during busy periods like holidays.

Order Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched to the carrier. You can also check its status anytime on our Track Order page.

Haven't received tracking info within 3 business days of ordering, or does your tracking number seem broken? Email us at support@avarnia.com and we'll look into it.

Damaged Products Upon Arrival

We package everything carefully, but damage can still happen in transit sometimes. If it happens to you, email support@avarnia.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We'll set you up with a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you'd prefer.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your address before submitting your order. If you catch a mistake right after placing it, email support@avarnia.com immediately. We'll do our best to correct it before the order ships, though once it's already in processing, we can't guarantee a change can be made.
